EVALUATION AND RECOGNITION OF THE MOBILITY

§   The receiving organisation will issue an attendance certificate together with a report that their Assessment Committee will send to both the Headmaster of the sending institution and the Erasmus+ coordinator. The report will show the degree of participation and involvement in the activities carried out during the stay, the participant’s attitude, the attendance as well as the degree of accomplishment of the proposed objectives.
§   Self-assessment: the participant will fill in an online Google questionnaire to analyse the acquired abilities, observed methodologies, suggested possible improvements, future projects and collaborations, etc.
§   The sending institution’s Evaluation Committee will assess each of the activities carried out during the job shadowing mobility and the acquired skills. It will gradually assess the introduction of new methodologies to be introduced in the English Department didactic programming for the next school year (2019-2020).
§   Final assessment: Both the participant’s self-assessment and the assessment of the designated tutor of the receiving organisation, Mrs Theodora Glaraki, will be taken into consideration.
Before the end of the third term, the Evaluation Committee will publish the assessment of the job shadowing mobility. The assessment results and the documents will be part of the mobility’s dossier. The degree of accomplishment of the mobility’s objectives as well as the participant’s involvement will be taken into account for future mobilities.
