with the Counselling Department: treatment of diversity and disciplinary
problems, disruptive students, integration of immigrants and students from
socio-cultural disadvantaged contexts, relationship with other local social
agents (city hall, NGOs, national agencies, etc.)

with students: observation of how the Counselling Department carries out the
procedures for the integration of new students.
