Este es cuaderno de bitácora del Job-Shadowing que voy a realizar en Tesalónica, en el Lyceum nº28. Éste durará desde el día 10 al 16, cinco días lectivos.
A continuación describo el programa con todas la actividades previstas, así como las metodologías que voy a observar, la forma y los métodos que utilizan para el tratamiento de los alumnos disruptivos, etc.
Hemos firmado ya el Agreement Mobility y el permiso de Dirección. Hemos traitado, igualmente, el permiso de la Conselleria que ha sido correctamente aceptado.
DETAILED PROGRAMME OF THE MOBILITY PERIOD:
The
participant will follow the receiving organisation’s timetable from 9.00 am
to 1.00 pm.
Wednesday, 10th April 2019:
§
Guided school visit to see the different classrooms and facilities.
§
Meeting with the Greek Erasmus+ Coordinator, Theodora Glaraki, where
the stay overview will be checked and changes will be made if necessary.
§
Meetings with the Headmaster, Head of Studies, Head of the Counselling
Department and the Heads of the English Department and Greek Department: organisation,
documents and coordination between the different departments.
§
A welcome activity with students will take place to introduce the
participant, the participant’s school, city and country.
Thursday, 11th April 2019:
§
Attendance to some meetings between the different departments.
§
Meeting with the English Department: treatment of diversity, different
methodologies and innovative materials used in the teaching process.
§
Meeting with the Greek Department: treatment of diversity, different
methodologies and innovative materials used in the teaching process.
Friday, 12th April 2019:
§
Attendance to English lessons: observation of their teaching reality
and active participation in some of the lessons.
§
Attendance to Greek lessons: observation of their teaching reality and
active participation in some of the lessons (interdisciplinary lesson about
Greek language and literature and its relation with English literature).
Saturday, 13th
April 2019:
§
Cultural and pedagogical visit
to Meteora, which has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage Site since
1988.
Monday, 15th April 2019:
§
Meeting with the Counselling Department: treatment of diversity and disciplinary
problems, disruptive students, integration of immigrants and students from
socio-cultural disadvantaged contexts, relationship with other local social
agents (city hall, NGOs, national agencies, etc.)
§
Meeting with students: observation of how the Counselling Department carries
out the procedures for the integration of new students.
Tuesday, 16th April 2019:
§
Meeting with the teachers in charge of discipline: methods applied to
guarantee a peaceful coexistence between both students and teachers.
§
Attendance to a peer tutoring meeting related to incidents and the
follow-up procedure.
§
Meeting with the Erasmus+ Coordinator: assessment of the stay,
exchange of ideas and experiences, suggestions for future collaboration, etc.
