MONITORING AND MENTORING OF THE PARTICIPANT BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE MOBILITY: Before the job shadowing mobility: §   Communication via email, WhatsApp and Skype with the Greek Erasmus+ Coordinator to ensure an accurate preparation of the job shadowing mobility’s programme. During the job shadowing mobility: §   Daily communication and feedback between the participant and the sending school through the blog: a member of the Evaluation Committee will be in charge of the feedback. §   Daily communication between the participant and the sending school via WhatsApp. §   A designated tutor, Mrs Theodora Glaraki, will be in charge of both the participant and the programme’s supervision. After the job shadowing mobility: §   The participant will post a final entry in the blog with a summary of the experience, a self-evaluation and a set of suggested proposals for future actions to be carried out by the sending institution in order to achieve the aims of the mobility and the project in general.
